  • How can I mail something to the hotel prior to my arrival?
    • Please include the name of the guest.
    • Attention to “Keystone Lodge and Spa”.
    • To ship with FedEx or UPS—Ship to 0633 Tennis Club Road, Keystone, CO 80435
    • To ship with US Mail—Ship to PO Box 38, Keystone, CO 80435
  • What is included with the Resort Fee?
    • Your resort fee includes Wi-Fi access in guest rooms and public areas; access to our Spa amenities, pool, hot tubs and 24/7 fitness center; equipment valet to securely store your skis, snowboards, bicycles and golf clubs; Business Center access; in-room filtered water and snacks, restocked daily; access to the gondola and Clubhouse Express, which offers direct transportation to/from the gondola and our golf courses (seasonally dependent); morning drip coffee and hot tea from the Lakeside Deli; daily maid service and bell service upon request; USA Today and The Wall Street Journal available daily; local and toll free calls from guest rooms; souvenir postcard and postcard mailing.
  • Is there live music within the Keystone Lodge?
    • Both the Bighorn Bistro and the Edgewater Café will offer live music with dinner service on Fridays and Saturdays.
  • How do I get around Keystone without a car?
    • Keystone offers complimentary shuttles throughout the resort that are on-call during the summer season. Shuttle service is available daily from 7am until midnight. To request a shuttle, please speak with our Front Desk who will be happy to assist! A shuttle can also be requested by dialing extension 4200 from in-room phones or call 970-496-4200 from a call phone. The shuttles will pick up in front of the Keystone Lodge entrance.
  • Is there room service offered?
    • Room service is offered for breakfast, lunch and dinner available from 7am until 10pm daily. In the event that the Room Service Attendant is unavailable to take your order, you will be able to leave a voicemail and the attendant will return your call right away.
  • Is there an ATM, vending machines and ice machines on property?
    • There is an ATM located on the 2nd floor of the Keystone Lodge in front of the Lakeside Deli.
    • Ice Machines can be found every floor.
    • Drink vending machines are located on every floor and snack vending machines are located on the 2nd and 5th floors.
  • If I need emergency services, who do I contact?
    • Keystone Emergency Services (KES) can be reached 24/7 by dialing Guest Services at 970-496-4000. KES is the resort’s on-site medical and security team ready to assist. The Front Desk can also assist with reaching out to KES if needed.
  • How do I get to the main village and how do I go up the gondola?
    • River Run Village is located 1.5 miles away from the Keystone Lodge, though it is just a short shuttle ride away!If you are looking to take a scenic ride up the gondola, tickets may be purchased for $26 per adult and $17 per child. You may also purchase a scenic ride ticket that includes lunch at the Summit House for $36 per adult and $24 per child. Tickets can be purchased at the Ticket Office in River Run, or from KeystoneResort.com. Keep an eye out on our website for events that include free rides up the gondola, like Friday Afternoon Club (1pm – 7pm on select Fridays with live music and games)!
  • How do I book activities around the resort and what are the prices?
    • With so much to do here in Keystone, our Activities & Dining team is ready to help you book exactly what your friends and family wants! They can be reached via phone at 970-496-4386 or online at KeystoneResort.com. Check out our Play Guide for all our offerings and prices!
  • Can I bring my dog with me?
    • Yes! We love to see our furry friends here, though if you choose to, please keep in mind the following:
      • Dog Rooms are located on the 1st floor of the Lodge—this means you will have a walk-out patio to easily let your pup outside!
      • All Dog Rooms have two queen beds, so please book accordingly.
      • There is a nightly pet fee of $35 for one dog or $45 for two dogs.
      • There is no weight limit for dogs, though there may only be two dogs per room maximum.
  • When I arrive, where do I park?
    • When you arrive, you will find yourself in the Keystone Lodge valet. After you check in for your room, you will be able to keep your vehicle in valet for $10 per night. There is also complimentary self-parking available, located across the street from the hotel. If you choose to self-park, there is a walking tunnel underneath the street to bring you safely and quickly back to the entrance of the Keystone Lodge. Our valet team is always happy to assist you with your luggage upon your arrival.
  • Are there laundry facilities on property?
    • There is not a laundry facility on-site, by Dry Cleaning service is available Monday – Friday.
  • What is all included in the rooms?
    • All guest rooms are equipped with a mini refrigerator, Keurig coffee maker, humidifier, hair dryer, iron/ironing board and a fan.Rooms at the Keystone Lodge are not equipped with air conditioning, as the naturally cool mountain air at nights can serve as an alternative.
  • If check out is at 11am, where can I store my luggage?
    • Your luggage can be stored at the Keystone Lodge until you are ready to depart or your shuttle leaves. This includes bikes and other large storage items.
  • If I book a room with one king bed, can I have a roll-away sent to my room?
    • Roll-away beds can only be placed in rooms with one king bed and are available for $25 per night.
  • Do you have printing services at the hotel?
    • The Keystone Lodge’s business center is open 24/7 and is complimentary for all hotel guests. It is equipped with two computers and one printer.
