PEPSI® Dig In and Keystone Resort Bring a Taste of New Orleans to the Rockies

February 12, 2025

A four-week culinary residency brings Cajun-inspired flavor from Louisiana’s own We Dat’s Chicken & Shrimp

A partnership between Keystone Resort and PEPSI® Dig In - a platform designed to drive access, business growth and awareness for underserved restaurants, is giving guests more ways to warm up this season by bringing the sweet and spicy flavors of We Dat’s Chicken & Shrimp from New Orleans to the Rocky Mountains of Keystone Resort.

Now through March 1, guests can visit Go Big Burger, located at the Mountain House base area, to experience the limited-edition Cajun-inspired burger and fries from the southern fried chicken and seafood restaurant alongside their favorite Pepsi-Cola® beverages, as part of the first-ever culinary residency between Pepsi Dig In and Vail Resorts.

The residency will culminate on February 26 at the National Brotherhood of Snowsports Annual Summit Cookout – Sponsored by PEPSI® Dig In, where Chef Greg’s marquee Wuzzam Wings will be served at the annual celebration that brings together 58 Black ski clubs from around the country.

“NOLA food is known for its spice and unforgettable flavor. My goal for this residency was to give people a chance to experience Cajun spice without being overwhelmed,” said We Dat’s Founder Greg Tillery. “The Sweet Heat Burger is inspired by one of We Dat’s most popular flavors, combining our Wuzzam Buffalo sauce with BBQ sauce and lemon pepper for a sweet, savory taste with a Creole twist.”

We Dat’s started as a food truck and became known locally for its innovative twists on Big Easy classics. Today, We Dat’s has multiple locations in New Orleans and has expanded to Gardena, California, with the residency being the restaurant’s first appearance in Colorado.

Snowsports enthusiasts and foodies alike will have four weeks to order We Dat’s Sweet Heat Burger and Cajun fries with a Pepsi.

“We can't wait to bring Chef Greg’s unique flavor to our guests here at Keystone Resort,” said Katie Guffey, senior director of Mountain Dining for Keystone Resort. “Chef Greg's culinary touch will add a delicious twist to our dining experience this winter, and we look forward to offering our guests a sweet and spicy taste of New Orleans at our Mountain House Base Area and at the National Brotherhood of Snowsports Annual Summit at the end of February.”
