Policies
Please respect the tranquility of our Spa by not bringing your cell phone, PDA, and other electronic devices. We are, however, “iPOD Friendly” and invite you to bring yours to your treatment room if you want to listen to your own music.
Age
The spa is an adult enclave. Guests15 years of age and older may enjoy all of the spas services and facilities.
Altitude
Keystone is located at 9,300 feet above sea level. Please be aware that both the cardiovascular and respiratory systems work harder than usual at higher altitudes. We recommend that you work out at a slower pace, drink plenty of water and limit time in the steam room, Jacuzzi and heated pool.
Arrival Time
We suggest that you arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment (or 10 minutes prior for nail appointments). This will allow you enough time to enjoy a complimentary foot soak or relax in the lounge. Please note that as a courtesy to our guests, all appointments end at their scheduled time regardless of start time.
Cancellations & “No-Shows”
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide us with at least 24 hours notice in order to avoid being charged in full.
Complimentary Amenities
Guests of the spa receive complimentary valet parking and complimentary use of the fitness studio.
Fitness Studio
Our Fitness Studio is open from 6:00 am-10:00 pm daily. This area is open to Hotel Guests and Spa Members. We also have a day/week/month fee available for local guests or those not staying in the hotel. From April 16-May 31, 2010 the fitness center will be open from 8:00 am- 8:00 pm.
For Your Comfort
This is your spa experience. We invite you to discuss your preferences and/or special needs with the spa staff so that they can help select the service provider best suited to you. To ensure your comfort, we also encourage you to communicate with your service provider regarding room temperature, pressure and technique. We highly discourage shaving immediately prior to your treatment.
For Your Safety
Please be sure to inform your service provider if you are pregnant (especially if you are in the first trimester) or if you have high blood pressure, a heart ailment and/or any condition that may prohibit you from receiving heat, massage or skin care therapies. We highly discourage excessive alcohol consumption prior to, during or immediately following your spa treatment. We also recommend that you avoid sun exposure immediately following your skincare therapy.
Gift Cards
Gift Cards may be purchased for any treatment, package or dollar amount. Cards must be presented at the time of service to be redeemed. The spa is not responsible for lost or stolen cards.
Gratuity
Gratuities for services may be added at your discretion. A 20% gratuity is customary for exceptional service.
Personal Possessions
Please leave jewelry and valuables in your hotel room or in a hotel safety deposit box.
Prices
All prices are subject to change without notice. However, we will always inform you of the most up to date prices when you make your reservation.
Privacy
private locker for your possessions. If you prefer to remain partially clothed, you are welcome to wear your undergarments or request disposable ones.
Reservations
Advance reservations are highly recommended. To book a treatment prior to arrival at the hotel, call 866-953-ROCK (7625); to book during your hotel stay, call x7999. All reservations must be secured with a credit card or hotel room number.
Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with a product you have purchased at the spa, you may return it within 10 days with proof of purchase. If you do not have a receipt, you may receive store credit only.
Smoking
Smoking is prohibited in Keystone Lodge & Spa.

Spa usage & fees
Guests who have booked treatments valued at $110 or more are welcome to enjoy all spa services and facilities on the day of their appointment. This includes use of the spa locker rooms, fitness studio, heated pool, steam room, sauna, whirlpool and relaxation lounge.
