This Treatment begins with a 50 minute customized massage using an organic, Mimosa

Champagne massage oil. This oil combines the healing properties of champagne and Tokay grape leaving your skin glowing and silky smooth. Next, you will receive a luxurious facial with a Tokay Ice Wine Masque, giving light exfoliation and then a decadent Chocolate Mouse Hydration Masque is applied. Being the signature facial of the Keystone Spa, this 80 minute treatment is beyond organic and beyond relaxing, using the purest ingredients that Mother Nature has to offer. The facial is performed with Biodynamic ingredients from Eminence Organic Skin Care. You will receive an anti-aging peel, firming serums and hydrating masks to recover the skin from any dehydration or irritation. Policies

The Keystone Spa will be closed May 5 - May 12

We kindly ask that you do not bring cell phones, tablets or other electronic devices similar in nature into the spa. However we are iPod friendly and invite you to bring your iPod to your treatment room if you would like to listen to your own music.

Age: The spa is an adult enclave. Guests 15 years of age and older may enjoy all of the spa’s services and facilities.  Kids, ages 12 and under receiving a mani-pedi service must be accompanied by a parent.

Altitude: Keystone is located at 9,300 feet above sea level. Please be aware that both the cardiovascular and respiratory systems work harder than usual at higher altitudes. We recommend that you work out at a slower pace, drink plenty of water and limit time in the steam room, Jacuzzi and heated pool.

Arrival: We suggest that you arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment (or 10 minutes for nail appointments). This will allow enough time to familiarize yourself with our facilities or relax in the lounge. Please note that as a courtesy to our guests, all appointments end on time regardless of the start time.

Cancellations & “No-Shows”: If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide us with at least 24 hours notice in order to avoid being charged in full.

Complimentary Amenities: Guests of the spa receive complimentary valet parking and complimentary use of the fitness studio, outdoor heated pool, indoor & outdoor Jacuzzis, eucalyptus steam room, and dry sauna..

Fitness: Our Fitness Studio is open from 6:00 am-10:00 pm daily. This area is open to Hotel Guests and Spa Members. We also have a day/week/month fee available for local guests or those not staying in the hotel.

For Your Comfort: This is your spa experience. We invite you to discuss your preferences and/or special needs with the spa staff so that they can help select the service provider best suited to you. To ensure your comfort, we also encourage you to communicate with your service provider regarding room temperature, pressure and technique. We highly discourage shaving immediately prior to your treatment.

For Your Safety: Please be sure to inform your service provider if you are pregnant (especially if you are in the first trimester) or if you have high blood pressure, a heart ailment and/or any condition that may prohibit you from receiving heat, massage or skin care therapies. We highly discourage excessive alcohol consumption prior to, during or immediately following your spa treatment. We also recommend that you avoid sun exposure immediately following your skin care therapy.

Gift Cards: Gift cards may be purchased for any treatment, package or dollar amount. Cards must be presented at the time of service to be redeemed. The spa is not responsible for lost or stolen cards.

Gratuity: For your convenience a 20% service charge has been added to your check. This includes a gratuity for your service provider and support staff. This is a discretionary charge that can be increased or removed at your request.

Group Specials: Inquire about our meeting enhancers, welcome/thank-you gifts and spa services for groups designed especially for your meeting or conference.

Personal Possessions: Please leave jewelry and valuables in your hotel room or in a hotel safety deposit box.

Prices: All prices are subject to change without notice. However, we will always inform you of the most up-to-date prices when you make your reservation.

Privacy: Your privacy is our top priority and will always be respected. Upon arrival, you will be given a robe and slippers to wear in the spa and a private locker for your possessions. If you prefer to remain partially clothed, you are welcome to wear your undergarments or request disposable ones.

Reservations: Advance reservations are highly recommended. To book a treatment prior to arrival at the hotel, call 970-496-4118; to book during your hotel stay, call x7999. All reservations must be secured with a credit card or hotel room number.

Return Policy: If you are not satisfied with a product you have purchased at the spa, you may return it within 10 days with proof of purchase. If you do not have a receipt, you may receive store credit only.

Spa Usage & Fees: Guests who have booked any spa treatment are welcome to enjoy all spa services and facilities on the day of their appointment. This includes use of the spa locker rooms, fitness studio, heated pool, steam room, sauna, whirlpool and relaxation lounge.

Hours of Operation The Spa is open 7 days a week from 8 am - 8 pm. If you have special needs, please feel free to contact our Spa front desk and we will gladly do our best to accommodate you.
