Check-in begins at 4 p.m. Please understand that early check-in requests may be difficult to honor. If you arrive early, we will do our best to prepare your accommodations as quickly as possible. We are happy to store any bags so you can start enjoying all that Keystone has to offer!

If you are checking in after 11 p.m., please check-in at Keystone Lodge & Spa.

Driving Directions to Check-In

Reception Center Condo Registration directions from I-70:

  • Take I-70 to exit #205 for Silverthorne/DillonTravel East on Highway 6 for 6.2 miles to Keystone Resort
  • At the traffic light in Keystone, turn right (South) onto West Keystone Road
  • Turn right (West) immediately onto the Frontage Road
  • The Reception Center is the building immediately in front of you
  • Veer left and park in the guest parking lot

 

After Hours Check-Ins at Keystone Lodge & Spa, directions from I-70:

  • Take I-70 to exit #205 for Silverthorne/Dillon
  • Travel East on Highway 6 for 6.2 miles to Keystone Resort
  • Travel through the traffic light in Keystone, then take your first right into the Keystone Lodge and Spa driveway
  • Park in the circle while you check-in

Parking Information

Each lodging reservation is allotted one parking pass per unit regardless of the number of bedrooms*. An overflow parking pass for ONE additional vehicle may be requested upon check-in; however please note that parking for additional vehicles is extremely limited, not guaranteed, and on high-occupancy days may be allotted to guests of 3- and 4-bedroom units only. All parking lots, including exterior condominium parking lots, parking garages, and skier parking lots, are monitored for the security of our guests. Unpermitted vehicles may be ticketed or towed at the vehicle owner’s expense.

We highly recommend car-pooling, utilizing Colorado Mountain Express shuttle service, or consolidating to one vehicle, both for your convenience and the environment. Keystone offers convenient and free shuttle transportation throughout the Resort. Overflow spaces may be located up to two miles from your designated lodging property, and cannot be reserved in advance. Passes for overflow parking must be returned to the front desk upon check-out, and failure to do so will result in a $250 fine. Once again, we highly recommend arriving with only one vehicle per reservation and utilizing our Resort shuttle service.

*Most single family homes and select townhome properties located in River Run Townhomes, Starfire, Northstar, Tennis Townhomes and Red Hawk Townhomes will accommodate at least two vehicles.  For more information on parking in these properties, please inquire with a reservations agent.

Incidentals & Damage Pre-Authorization

Upon check-in please be prepared to present a credit or debit card, which will be pre-authorized for the entire amount of any remaining balance owed on your lodging plus an additional 30% of the total room charge to secure payment for incidentals or any possible damages. Unused funds will be released upon check-out and available according to your credit/debit card issuer’s processing timeframe. If possible, we highly recommend using a credit card rather than debit, because funds tend to release faster. If you choose to use a debit card, please understand that the pre-authorization will hold these funds, until released by your banking institution.

Tax Exempt Status

As a member of a charitable or government entity, if you intend to claim tax exempt status on your reservation, the State of Colorado requires a fully completed Affidavit of Exempt Sale. Please Click Here to open the form, The Affidavit of Exempt Sale form must be completed for each individual reservation and must be presented at the time of check-in.  

Please note that the form must be accompanied by an acceptable proof of tax exempt payment status. To avoid any unnecessary complications, please remember to bring any necessary documentation with you to Keystone. 

Please note that you will have to have the Tax Exempt Credit Card upon arrival. If you do not have the Tax Exempt Credit Card you will need the Tax Exempt Credit Card Holder to fill out a Credit Card Authorization Form. If you are unable to provide acceptable documentation at the time of check-in, all applicable taxes will be applied to the account.  You may seek reimbursement by submitting a Claim for Refund Form. Shipping Information

When shipping any packages to Keystone Resort it must go through Keystone Resort Shipping Department. Please ship it to 0633 Tennis Club Road, Keystone, CO 80435, please included first and last name of the person on the reservation. There will be a $10.00 fee per package, for handling any packages.
