Keystone All Mountain Performance 7-14 Ski

Lesson Description
The Keystone All Mountain Performance Program is an 11-week program designed for advanced intermediate to expert level (levels 7 and above) skiers ages 7 to 15 years old. Each week, participants will ski with the same coach and group of athletes, promoting progressive learning and the fun of a social group setting. Areas of focus for skill progression will include big mountain skiing and safety, moguls, freestyle and all mountain performance skiing.
The goal of Keystone AMP is to grow solid fundamentals, allowing every athlete to reach his/her full potential and excel at multiple aspects of skiing, all while enjoying a fun, supportive environment.

We are pleased to offer the Keystone All Mountain Team session for the 2018-19 season. Sign up for season-long participation!
Session dates are as follows:
- November Saturday: 11/30
- December Saturdays: 12/7, 12/14
- January Saturdays: 1/4, 1/11, 1/25,
- February Saturdays: 2/1, 2/8, 2/22, 2/29
What to Expect:
- Meeting Time: 8:00am - 9:00am
- Pick Up Time: 2:30pm
- Ages 7 - 15, groups divided by age and ability
- Mountain House Children's Ski School Location
- Group lesson
- Full Day (multi-week program)
- All abilities (Levels 7-9)

What to Know Before You Go
Once you've booked a lesson
- You can change your reservation by calling 970-496-4170
- Be ready to have fun!
- Lift tickets are required, have you reserved your lift ticket?
- While we hope all guests can take advantage of their booked lesson, we know sometimes plans change. Lessons may be cancelled up to 24 hours in advance at no penalty. Lessons cancelled within 24 hours will incur at least a $100 cancellation fee. Same-day cancellations will be charged the full lesson amount in the event the instructor cannot be rebooked.
- Booked lessons may be moved to an alternative date at no penalty
For the best lesson experience
- Check-In the Night Before: We could all use a little more time in the morning, right?! Pick up tickets, get fitted for rental equipment, and sign liability waivers at any of our Ski & Ride School locations 1– 4:30 p.m. the afternoon prior to a booked lesson and your morning check-in will be a breeze (and you can arrive later!)
- Check-In the day of: If you have your equipment, we ask guests to please check in 30 minutes before a lesson begins. If you need to be fitted for equipment, please check in at least 45 minutes before lesson start time.
What to bring
- Warm, waterproof gloves or mittens – *Required
- Goggles or sunglasses with UV protection – *Required
- Warm, waterproof jacket – *Required
- Snowpants, waterproof – *Required
- Helmet – *Required
- Neck warmer (for colder days).
- Warms socks. (We recommend a single layer of non-cotton socks)
*We do not provide these items and children cannot be allowed into a lesson without all required apparel.
Prepping for your lesson
- Get a good night sleep
- Eat a healthy breakfast
- Drink plenty of fluids
- Don't forget the sunscreen
*Gratuities for coaches are not a requirement but an appropriate and appreciated gesture. A 15-20% gratuity based on the cost of the lesson will make your coach feel very appreciated and valued.
