"We had a great room that staff always set up very well to meet our needs (which kept changing over the 2 days, as session leaders changed their room layouts). The team was great at reaching the AV team to also ensure we had the right equipment. Our members commented that they really enjoyed the hotel, as well as the gym facilities. The staff went out of their way to accommodate two guests with dogs, even allowing one to switch rooms later in her stay to allow her dog to come."
