A51 Terrain Park

A51 Terrain Park

A51 Terrain Park

A51 Terrain Park has been honored with numerous awards, including #2 Terrain Park in the country by TransWorld Magazine. Famous for its unique features, you can jib and hit jumps all day and never leave the park. A51 features its own lift, over 100 features, a super pipe and three jump lines: Park Lane, Main Street and I-70. Freda’s Incubator offers smaller hits and features for the up-and-coming rider or skier.

Dates and Hours

The park crew's number one goal is getting the park open, early season.  Typically, we have as many features, jumps and rails as possible as soon as we open.  Last season, Keystone had the biggest park open in the early season.  By late December the park should be moved over to it's home in Pack Saddle Bowl, located on Dercum Mountain and accessed through River Run or Mountain House Base areas.

The park crew is working fast and furiously for Opening Day, Nov. 5!  Located on the Flying Dutchman trail, A51 will open with over 20 features and 1 jump.  The park will move over to it's regular home in Packsaddle Bowl (Dercum Mtn) later in the season (usually in December).

Park Detail

A51 Terrain Park is located on Dercum Mountain and can be accessed via River Run or Mountain House base areas.  Once you arrive in Packsaddle Bowl, you never have to leave the park by using the A51 chair lift.  The four areas of the park are:

  • Freda's Incubator
  • Park Lane
  • Main Street
  • I70

Each of these areas are composed of innovative and progressive jibs, jumps, tables, rails and other features that you'll only find here.
Come ride where the professional athletes practice and improve their skills.
