Community Impact Team Building

Community Impact Activities Community Impact Activities Community Impact Activities Community Impact Activities

There’s no greater transformational teambuilding exercise than reaching beyond your immediate group and including those around you. Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) or Community Impact programs are activities that build crucial bonds between the corporate world and the world-at-large. Your team will be able to explore important community issues and needs as well as to exemplify your company values through thoughtful, meaningful action.

Groups can choose one of the following options:

Trees, Trails & Trash
Get out in our forests or community spaces and get down and dirty for a good cause. Flex your green thumb in the name of developing environmental stewardship. Projects include River / Forest Cleanup, Community Gardening Projects, Reforestation, Planting Flowers & Trees, Building & Maintaining Recreational Trails.

Built For Need Bicycle Challenge
Take yourself back to a time when your bike was the greatest toy on earth. Now imagine building that bike with your very own hands and racing it against your friends and colleagues in events like the Slugfest, the Tricycle Relay Rally and the Downhill Derby. Not only will your heart be beating fast in the spirit of competition, it will be overflowing when you fully realize the effect your efforts have on an underprivileged kid.

Mini-Golf Charity Challenge

Construct and play your own custom miniature golf course from non-perishable food items.
Teams compete in challenges to earn building materials and courses are donated afterwards to a Non-Profit Organization.

A Customized Team Building Event
Enhance a group event with the addition of a customized team building activity that includes a CSR component. CBST Adventures designs all sorts of physical, cerebral and creative exercises for indoor or outdoor spaces.  We will work with you to align with your organizations values and objectives.
