Come experience a sampling of local specialties from Keystone's award-winning restaurants including the Keystone Ranch, Ski Tip Lodge, Alpenglow Stube, Bighorn and more! The Outpost, located atop Keystone's North Peak will be transformed into a tasting lodge for guests to pamper their palates and delight their taste buds. In support of Keystone and Vail Resorts Appetite for Life Program, chefs will be serving sustainable ingredients in several dishes.

11am - Ice Carving Demo with Chef Steve Nguyen
Watch as Conference Center Chef and Ice Carving Master Chef Steve Nguyen transforms blocks of ice into sculptures with his various power tools. Learn various facts about ice, how it is made, lighting effects and where Chef gets his creativity for such lavish sculptures! Don’t miss this demo full of chain saws and power tools as a masterpiece is produced.

2pm - Colorado Mountain College Culinary Institute at Keystone Presents: Culinary Trends an interactive Cooking Demo
Come and learn how blend culinary trends with Colorado product to create great tasting cuisine sure to make your friends smile. The demonstration will focus on using Colorado grown and raised products to produce internationally inspired appetizers and entrees. Celebrating Colorado's Italian Heritage - using Colorado products to create Italian inspired appetizers.

2pm - Whiskey Blends
Master of Whisky Robert Sickler will guide participants through a complete Johnnie Walker overview including history, production process, flavor profiles and versatility. Enjoy a tasting of Scotland’s largest whisky house and leave with a renewed appreciation of the art of the blend.

3:30pm - Unique Red Varietals
This wine tasting at the Ski Tip Lodge, featuring unique red varietals and blends, will be hosted by resident sommelier Megan Morgan. Megan will share her knowledge about new and interesting wines, many from unexpected regions or an unusual grape varietals. A complimentary cheese plate will also be available. All guests that attend will receive a 15% off coupon for dinner at the Ski Tip, good anytime over the next year.
