Sleeping occupancy for 14 and desirable rates make this private home ideal for a multi-family gathering or small group. The Kazzaz Home features a spacious floor plan on one level with an additional sleeping area on the second level. The large living room, dining room and kitchen offer ample space for congregation. In addition to the pool table and TV in the living room, an oversized den with a TV, stereo, fireplace, Murphy bed and sofa sleeper provides additional space and entertainment for guests. The Master Bedroom has a King Bed, small TV and private bath with shower. A second and third bedroom each have a queen bed. The fourth bedroom has 2 additional twin beds. A full-sized bathroom is conveniently located at the end of the hall. A laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer is also located on the first floor. A loft is located on the second level of the home and offers 2 queen beds.
