These deluxe condominiums offer the convenience of being walking distance to Lakeside Village and the Keystone Conference Center while maintaining a quiet relaxed location. Spacious and secluded, these units are built on Tenderfoot Mountain Ridge.

Studio: Living room with one bed (may be a sofa pull out or murphy bed), one full bathroom, and a complete kitchen (may not be full size). Sleeps two maximum. 600 - 800 square feet.

One Bedroom: Enclosed bedroom with one bed, one full bathroom, living room with sofa pull out and a complete kitchen. Sleeps two comfortably, four maximum. 800 - 1000 square feet.

One Bedroom Plus Loft: One enclosed bedroom with one open bedroom loft with at least one bed in each room, two full bathrooms, living room as sofa pull out couch, and a complete kitchen. Sleeps four comfortably, six maximum. 1200-1400 square feet.

Two Bedroom: Two enclosed bedrooms with at least one bed in each bedroom, one or two full bathrooms, living room with sofa pull out and a complete kitchen. Sleeps four comfortably, six maximum. 1100 - 1500 square feet.

Two Bedroom Plus Loft: Two enclosed bedrooms and one open bedroom loft with at least one bed in each room, one or two full bathrooms, living room with sofa pull out and a complete kitchen. 1500 - 1600 square feet.

Three Bedroom: Three enclosed bedrooms with at least one bed in each bedroom, two full bathrooms, living room with sofa pull out and a complete kitchen. Sleeps six comfortably, eight maximum. 1500 - 1700 square feet.

Aspen Ridge Condominiums consists of units located in Tennis Townhomes, Quicksilver and Saint Johns complexes. Guests will be assigned one of these buildings at time of check-in.
