Evergreen Condominiums are requested year after year by our returning guests The units represent a great value for their spaciousness, forest location and access to lifts and villages by free shuttle.

Enjoy the amenities of an indoor pool, hot tub, grill and picnic area. Step outside the complex onto the Keystone Bike Path that winds along the Snake River to Keystone Lakeside Village, the River Golf Course, and the Keystone Nordic Center.

Evergreen Condominiums consists of units located in The Pines, Homestead and Lodgepole complexes. Guests will be assigned one of these buildings at time of check-in.

One Bedroom: Enclosed bedroom with one bed, one full bathroom, living room with sofa pull out and acomplete kitchen. Sleeps two comfortably, four maximum. 600 - 1000 square feet.

One Bedroom Plus Loft: One enclosed bedroom with one open bedroom loft with at least one bed in each room, two full bathrooms, living room as sofa pull out couch, and a complete kitchen. Sleeps four comfortably, six maximum. 1300-1500 square feet.

Two Bedroom: Two enclosed bedrooms with at least one bed in each bedroom, one or two full bathrooms, living room with sofa pull outand a complete kitchen. Sleeps four comfortably, six maximum. 900 - 1500 square feet.

Two Bedroom Plus Loft: Two enclosed bedrooms and one open bedroom loftwith at least one bed in each room, one or two full bathrooms, living roomwith sofa pull out and a complete kitchen. Sleeps six comfortably, eight maximum. 1300 - 1500 square feet.

Three Bedroom: Three enclosed bedrooms with at least one bed in each bedroom, two full bathrooms, living room with sofa pull out and a complete kitchen. Sleeps six comfortably, eight maximum. 1300 - 1700 square feet.

Four Bedroom: Four enclosed bedrooms with at least one bed in each bedroom, at least two full bathrooms, living room with sofa pull out anda complete kitchen. Sleeps eight comfortably, ten maximum. 2000-2100 square feet.
